Crown Oil Continue Sponsorship Of Rochdale AFC

Crown Oil is pleased to announce that we have entered into a long-term sponsorship deal with Rochdale AFC and will remain the football club’s shirt sponsors for the foreseeable future.

The new sponsorship deal means that Crown Oil will be Rochdale’s shirt sponsors until at least 2016.

Matt Greensmith; Managing Director at Crown Oil is delighted that an agreement was reached to continue sponsoring the club. “We have built a strong partnership with Rochdale AFC over the past year and I am personally very pleased to see that relationship carry on. It’s great to see a local football team faring well and generating a great atmosphere among the fans and in our business – as several of our employees are also supporters of the club. We are very confident that the team will continue their current run of good form and get promoted to League One. Hopefully our association with the club will help them to promote themselves on a nationwide level for the forthcoming seasons”.

2013 was a great year for the Crown Oil group, they increased its workforce by more than 50 people and turnover exceeded £180 million.
